IRV is a joint venture company set up through cooperation and joint venture of companies from 4 nations, i.e. IRC and Bridgestone of Japan, IRCT of Thailand, FKR of Malaysia and SaoVang of Vietnam.

The Legal Capital of the company is US$10 million and factory started production in February 1998; catering both for Domestic and Export markets.

The products manufactured include
  • Motorcycle tyres and tubes;
  • Bicycle tyres and tubes;
  • Industrial tyres and tubes;

  • Industrial rubber products.
The products for Domestic Market will be for both OEMs such as Honda, Yamaha and Suzuki whereas the replacement market will be for the vietnamese people at large.
